OpenR&D uses 2 components to provide its web interface.

Indexer

• List updates

• Allow task filtering

• Provide faster access to metadata

• Showcase profile information

Frontend

• Allow non-technical users to interact with the platform

• Uses indexer

  • Where possible, direct blockchain information will be shown. Only when a blockchain response hasn't been received yet, it will show indexer information. This is to reduce waiting times and improve user experience.
